About this Track

One of the 12 marked routes in the Portes du Mont-Blanc area. The trail follows the Controverse slope, then the Bonjournal slope to reach the summit of Christomet. It offers a dazzling panorama of the Mont-Blanc, Beaufortain, and Aravis massifs throughout the ascent.

Additional Information

Parking: Free parking at Le Plan in La Giettaz.

Access: Access via the departmental road to Le Plan. Route only accessible during ski area opening hours (9:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Safety: Safety equipment (transceiver, shovel, probe) strongly recommended. Prohibited on slopes outside opening hours due to winch grooming.
