All information provided on the Platform — including but not limited to route descriptions, difficulty ratings, opening statuses, snow conditions, GPS tracks, maps, elevation data, photos, user-submitted conditions, and any other content — is provided for informational purposes only and may be:

• Inaccurate or contain errors
• Outdated or no longer reflect current conditions
• Incomplete or missing critical information
• Misleading due to changes in terrain, weather, or other factors

SkiTouringParks declines all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform.

3.3 No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional advice regarding mountain safety, avalanche risk, weather conditions, physical fitness, or any other matter. The Platform is not a substitute for professional mountain guidance, avalanche training, or personal judgment.

4. Assumption of Risk

4.1 Inherent Dangers of Ski Touring

Ski touring, ski mountaineering, and backcountry skiing are inherently dangerous activities that carry risks of serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Avalanches
• Falls, collisions, and equipment failure
• Adverse weather conditions (storms, fog, extreme cold)
• Crevasses and unstable terrain
• Getting lost or stranded
• Physical exhaustion and altitude sickness

4.2 User Responsibility

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You are solely responsible for your own safety and for all decisions you make regarding ski touring activities
• You must independently verify all information found on the Platform before relying on it, including checking current conditions with local authorities, mountain rescue services, and avalanche bulletins
• You must have appropriate training, equipment, and physical fitness for any activity you undertake
• You must comply with all local laws, regulations, and recommendations applicable to mountain activities in the area where you are touring
• SkiTouringParks bears no responsibility whatsoever for any accident, injury, death, loss, or damage arising from or related to your use of information obtained through the Platform

5. No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
• Warranties regarding the security of the Platform

SkiTouringParks does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, and in particular under Article 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO):
